The Central California Regional Obesity Prevention Program (CCROPP) is a 3-year initiative to reduce disparities in obesity and diabetes in the San Joaquin Valley. Creating healthier communities so that our residents can lead healthier lives.

Funded by The California Endowment; this program is a unique partnership involving California State University, Fresno, six public health departments, six community-based organizations, and six obesity councils in Fresno, Kern, Kings, Madera, Merced and Tulare counties.

Greenfield Walking Club

The group began on October 2, 2006 and meets every Monday through Friday from 8:00 to 9:30 a.m. at Stiern Park (at 5400 Monitor Street) right across from the Greenfield Family Resource Center.
